Kids 8 to 14 years

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4.30 – 5.25 pm

Physical literacy, falling & defence skills, judo skills, respect for self & others, agility & fitness.

Starters from 15 years

Tuesday and Thursdays: 5.30 – 6.25 pm.

Fundamental judo skills including safe falling leading to the first belts in judo.

Trainers – from 15 years & orange belt

Tuesday and Thursday 6.35 – 8.00 pm

Fitness & technical judo for progress through the belts or competition or just training for life

Personal lessons, including Kata, Grading Preparation by appointment. (Best done with a training partner)


How Do I Join in?

It’s easy – Call or email then come 5 minutes early and meet the teacher, fill out a form, put on a loan suit then join-in.

It’s all about learning at your pace and the teacher and other students will assist you.


Costs in 2025

Class Training Fees

  • Kids 8-14 years $250 per 10-week school terms (2 lessons). Or 1 class $ 200
  • Over 15s: $95 per auto card payment in advance or $110 manual payment
  • All: $20 per class for casual attendance
  • Discount: 2 or more members paid in one transaction get a 10% discount


2. Membership

Club annual membership must be paid by the 4th week. It lasts for one year from the time of payment. Kids: $100 / Over 15 years: $150

Membership ensures you have accredited coaches and includes State and National memberships, insurance, and eligibility for the world-recognised belt gradings, competitions, training seminars and activities with other affiliated clubs all over Australia.

3. Ten % discount deals;

  • Two or more fees paid together
  • Kids- Term fee, grading and suit
  • Over 15s yellow or orange belt course – three monthly fees


4. The Gi

A club judo suit (gi) – can be ordered through the club and will be $140

5. Gradings

We offer club gradings 2-3 times per year. This is a challenge for players to test their knowledge, skill and progress. Gradings are $60 and include a belt and an internationally recognised certificate.
